Sonarr doesn't import downloaded file, deletes it from queue

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.9.2244
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Synology DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5
Debug logs: https://pastebin.com/NEAwfxDP
Description of issue: Files not picked up, but removed from queue

Dear all,

since a few days sonarr (and radarr) stopped importing episodes from monitored series when using SABNZBD as download client. The series correctly identifies the episode, sends it to the download client, after which the import doesn’t take place, but the episode is nonetheless removed from the sonarr queue. Weirdly enough, this doesn’t happen with qbittorrent. Pastebin logs attached. sonarr, radarr and sabnzbd and qbittorrent are installed in portainer Community Edition 2.21.1. The rights of sonarr seem to be ok. I have a similar issue with radarr. Does anyone have an idea what causes this? Many thanks!

Small addition: the files are placed correctly in the completed downloads folder, are imo recognizable as media files (*.mkv)

Seems like something happened recently with Syno.

Please try the posted fix here that seems to have worked for others, assuming that there is something similar in SAB.

Hit ctrl alt delete on your keyboard in task manager and click on sonarr and end task and restart sonarr.

Topic starter is running sonarr in docker on a synology, your suggestion is a generic “fix” for an unresponsive application running on windows… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Yeah I was thinking windows my bad.

Indeed, but thanks nonetheless!
