Sonarr doesn't download or update: NameResolutionFailure

Sonor no longer adds new download files to sabnzdb and can’t update anymore.if i go to system:update, it continuously keeps loading, not possible to update

I hae restarted synology, sonarr, no luck. any tips where to start looking?

It’s a DNS problem, can that system access updates from other services or connect to other sites?

Thaks for the reply! I can access the system from the outside world. Need to check if it can access other services going out. If not, any idea where to check with synology regarding DNS? I checked yesterday regarding DNS as it was mentioned in other threads but I couldn’t find it or solve it

Network settings in the control panel it looks like.

ok, DNS setting was empty. added 8.8.8.8 and now it works!

strange thing is, I didn’t change any settings there, so will need to keep an eye it. hopefully not the start of any ransomeware…
