the root directory isn’t present. As long as the TV Series folder is present, sonarr faces no issues. But if that is removed, sonarr pretends the episodes still exist.
Correct, the root folder and the series folder must exist for Sonarr to rescan the series.
Oh. I remember being able to delete the TV Series folder several versions ago and sonarr would unmonitor the appropriate episode(s). I know procedures change for various reasons but is there any way I would be able to convince you to make this possible again?
This changed some time ago to deal with issues on some systems when a network drive becomes disconnected. We’re looking into what we can do to make this less of an issue though.
