Sonarr did not start afer power failure

Hello ! Unfortunately I have a big problem with my sonarr instalation on my Synology NAS. After a power failure, sonarr did not start anymore. I’ve played around a lot and now everything seems to be defective. At the moment I can neither get the Docker image to run nor install it using the center Sonar package. When I try to install sonarr via the package center, I get the message that port 8989 is in use. HOW do I get out who is using this and how can I stop this? Wenn is open \ipsynology\8989 i get a 404 Window. So i thing sonarr is running in back but the frontend is missing ?
