Sonarr deleting Sab completed download folder?

I’ve decided to make the switch from Sickbeard to Sonarr and am loving it so far. I have everything setup, but something weird seems to be happening.

I have Sabnzb setup with a separate category (Sonarr-TV) and a folder where completed episodes get downloaded (/Complete TV Shows). Sorting in Sab has been turned off, as per the instructions in Sonarr.

When I download a show, its unpacked into separate folders inside /Complete TV Shows as expected. The first time I tested it by downloading 1 show, everything worked fine, show was downloaded and sorted by Sonarr into the correct folder.

When I selected more than 1 episode to download, I could see new folders being created inside /Complete TV Shows as they were unpacked and they started getting sorted. Then all of a sudden the log contained an error that it couldn’t find a show to sort because /Complete TV Shows could not be found.

When I looked on the disk my Sab folder for completed tv shoes (/Complete TV Shows) had been deleted including the shows it contained which were waiting for Sonarr to sort.

I tried this procedure twice and both times Sonarr deleted the folder Sab was putting completed shows into.

Is there something I’m missing here, because I can’t understand why its doing it.

Any help would be much appreciated as I’d like to keep using Sonarr…

Some Debug logs would be nice.

You don’t have Drone Factory configured, right? (If you do, disable it again)

Also would be helpful to know if this is windows or linux and whether it’s all on the same machine.

Thanks for the reply. Drone Factory might have been configured, but would have been looking in a completely different directory. Would that have caused the issue? Would it cause the delete?

I do have drone factory configured now, to stop the deletion issue. I’m running this on a Mac. I’ll rerun the same test tomorrow and send you the debug logs if it happens again.
