I have not set Sonarr to delete episodes automatically, Remove at Completed Download Handling is off.
It’s always this episode, too. Nothing else that downloads does this. I have no idea why.
Debug logs will show whats its doing when that message is logged, but thats an already sorted file, so likely its being deleted for an upgraded file. Remove for Completed Download Handling has no stake in this process.
