Description of issue: Sonarr keeps deleting the torrent files.
Even though sonarr is told to copy instead of hardlink and “Remove” under Completed Download Handling is turned OFF and tried every related setting at least once, every time a torrent finishes, sonarr imports and immediately deletes the folder. The problem is that the torrent needs to stay active for seeding to a certain ratio. I thought the option “copy instead of hardlink” was supposed to prevent sonarr from deleting the folder so that it can keep seeding, but no matter what setting is tested, every torrent is automatically imported and deleted.
This is really annoying because it causes unwanted consequences, is there any way to prevent sonarr from deleting every completed download?
The only thing your logs show are it failing to import files mixed with a few RSS syncs. They aren’t debug logs because you haven’t enabled ((debug logging)) in settings.
If Sonarr is told by your download client that the download is finish and is still seeding Sonarr will copy (or hardlink) it, it won’t move it, unless you’ve set it up so completed download handling isn’t used (Drone Factory is pointed at the completed downloads folder) or you’re using the torrent Blackhole client in sorry and Read-only is set to off.
Which download client are you using in Sonarr?
Have you configured the Drone Factory folder?
Without seeing ((debug logs)) of a successful import where the files are deleted afterwards the best we can suggest is making sure things are setup properly.
