Sonarr database move/ migration

All,

I’m using Sonarr version V3 latest version for test purpose and works fine, but after test periode I want to move to the new version from my old Sonarr V2 to V3 version.
I have. a challenge how to move or migrate the from old to the new version.
Does have any body an experience how to migrate/ move the current database withut any losing series in the database like for seasons etc. and migrated successfully with the same setting in the new platform.

OS: I’m using Windows 11 version with Sonarr with Newsget download software,

Hopefully have some idea hoe to that, sorry I’m a complete newbie in this kind of software.

AFAIK you just install v3 over v2 and it will handle the upgrade.

That said, I would strongly recommend taking a backup first though.
