Sonarr Crashing / Won't Run (Ubuntu 16.04)

Hi,

Hoping someone here can help out. I’ve been successfully running Sonarr on Ubuntu 16.04 until the last few days when it’s started to crash.

A restart, and even uninstall, creates the same issue. I’m unable to access the software, and get a 503 error everytime I try to refresh/open. I’ve noticed that the crash writes a mono_crash log file (as a JSON file), although I’ve no idea what the content of this is trying to tell me.

I’m pretty much at a loss of what to do next so any assistance would be completely appreciated.

  • Information on the log files is here: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Log-Files
  • Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings
  • Post the log file, not a line or two, or just the error from the Logs table
  • Post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar and link it here
  • Do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document
