Sonarr clean install series from external drive not all visible unless under series edit tab

I have just reloaded a clean install of my os and got sonarr running. Now when I add my tv shows from my external drive that were previously being managed by sonarr It won’t show them into my series tab but I can see them in my series editor tab. Please help me!?

The only thing I can think of is a filter on that view thats hiding them, the empty circle is all.
