Sonarr CDH missing some completed eps

Sabnzbd 0.7.20

Trying to narrow down why before posting but but my series list is kinda light during the holidays but it seems to miss deleting competed eps from Sabnzbd history after importing.

Eps are deleted from the download folder once imported/moved but left in SABs download history.

At this time its not consistent, I had half dozen eps downloaded yesterday and 2 where left in history on SAB.

Please pastebin some debug log files so we can see how its processing it.

Maybe 2497 cleared it up. I have done 3 seasons of different series since with no issues.
