Sonarr can't seem to import my files from my remote server

I’ve set up sonarr to find episodes and download them to my feralhosting seedbox through deluge, but I can’t seem to find a good way to download them automatically from the seedbox. I’ve tried mounting the disk using expandrive, which seems to work, and transferring files manually seems to work as well, but sonarr can’t seem to do this automatically. The log I’m getting says this:

Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /media/sdp1/home/ils97/private/deluge/data/[HorribleSubs] Gintama - 296 [1080p].mkv

my remote path mapping settings are as follows:

Host: oceanus.feralhosting.com
Remote Path: /home/ils97/private/deluge/data/
Local Path: /Volumes/oceanus.feralhosting.com/private/deluge/data/

I’m running sonarr on my mac at home, and deluge is running on my seedbox. Any help is appreciated.

You Remote path needs to match the path that is being reported by your client, currently they do not.

/media/sdp1/home/ils97/private/deluge/data/ vs /home/ils97/private/deluge/data/

Thanks for the really quick response. I tried changing the location, which seems to have made the error go away in the logs, but the episode doesn’t actually import. I can see through activity monitor that there is a transfer going on, but when I look inside the folder where it should be, it isn’t there, or anywhere else. On sonarr, the episode has the cloud download icon.

I’m not sure what we have in place for the activity as its importing, but you should see in debug logs or trace logs that its importing an episode, which will take as long as it takes to pull the episode down from the server.

I think I may have got it working. Thanks a lot for the (very quickly given) help!
