Sonarr cannot find files to import from Seedbox

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4689
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs: https://hastebin.com/wuruvawodo.css
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
I have set up a local Sonarr to download files on my seedbox using the uTorrent client installed there. I have set up WinSshFS and mounted the download folder on the seedbox to my machine. Sonarr is able to send the torrent to the seedbox, but when the download completes, I get an error message that there are no files found that are eligible for import in the folder.

I set up the Remote Path Mappings as follows:
Host: my seedbox IP
Remote Path: /SFTP_ROOT/sftpuser01/finished
Local Path: L:\finished\

Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Please post the ((debug log)) files, not a copy/paste of the logs table, but your screenshot shows L:\finished and the logs show C:\SFTP_ROOT\sftpuser01\finished\American.Housewife.S01E18.HDTV.x264-SVA[rarbg] are they the same thing?

How is Sonarr running?
Have you tried running it via NzbDrone.exe or NzbDrone.Console.exe instead of as a service (the default if you selected to start it with the computer during the install)?

Okay, attaching the debug log here: https://pastebin.com/NA1AT94F

The uTorrent client on the seedbox is set to download files to C:\SFTP_ROOT\sftpuser01\finished. L:\finished is the sshfs mount of that folder on my local machine. In my screenshot, you can see the file that Sonarr requested is downloaded and I am able to access it on my local machine.

I had unchecked the box during installation to install Sonarr as a service, because I had read about Sonarr having trouble connecting to network drives if installed as a service. I just tried running sonarr via the NzbDrone.exe and NzbDrone.Console.exe as well and it still cannot find the file.

I just noticed that Sonarr does not list the sshfs mount as a disk even though it is an option in the Remote Path Mappings interface. Do you think this has anything to do with what’s going on?

No, that wouldn’t list network drives, unless they are used by a series.

Either the remote path mapping is pointing to the wrong location now (different from your screenshot) or it’s wrong since it’s not pointing at L:\finished and uTorrent is reporting the C:\SFTP_ROOT\sftpuser01\finished path.

Is the seedbox running Linux or Windows?

The seedbox is running Windows.

I changed the remote path on Sonarr to include the full path "C:\SFTP_ROOT\sftpuser01\finished"
Now Sonarr can find the file in the manual import interface. When I try to manually import the files, I am getting this error message:

DownloadedEpisodesImportService Non-sample file detected: [L:\finished\American.Housewife.S01E18.HDTV.x264-SVA[rarbg]\American.Housewife.S01E18.HDTV.x264-SVA.mkv] 5:58pm

Here are the logs from my most recent test

Thanks!

It’s failing trying to move the file, either having issues with the source or the destination.

So I haven’t changed any settings since the last logs I sent, but when I went to check Sonarr after your response, I noticed that 1 of the 3 test episodes actually transferred over. I’m not sure how it could work all of a sudden after failing with the same settings.

I’m attaching the logs of when it successfully moved. It fails moving the first show, then moves the second show successfully, and then immediately fails moving the other two shows:

Have you tried the steps in this FAQ entry?

It’s not the exact scenario, but could help.

Hey, I just figured it out. Looks like it has something to do with uTorrent. I didn’t change any of the path settings, but using Deluge as my download client instead of uTorrent works perfectly. I’m also seeing similar behavior on Radarr.

Thanks for all your help and patience!
