Sonarr cannot connect to localhost:8989

I’ve been running Sonarr for a couple of years on my Win7 machine.

I rebooted, started up SabNZB as usual, then tried to start Sonarr. It kept saying it could not connect to localhost:8989.

I tried uninstalling. It said it uninstalled properly.
I downloaded the Windows installer and tried to reinstall. It halted when trying to replace the .dll files because they were being used by the NzbDrone service, which showed as running in Task Manager under Services when I checked.

I’m stuck. I can’t fully uninstall it. I can’t install over the old one. I can’t run it anymore.

Cancel this. I just discovered that I needed to reboot after uninstalling Sonarr and before reinstalling.
After the uninstall, then reboot, then reinstall, it seems to be working fine now.
