Sonarr and NZBGet/SABnzbd not happy health wise

Hi Folks,

Apologies if there is a post like this already, but I couldn’t find one in the search. I’m pretty new to using all this, although I am from an IT background. I’ve run into an issue that I can’t get my head around.

My current set up is:

Sonarr = TV
CouchPotato = Movies
2 Paid Indexers
2 Unlimited Plan news providers
NZBGet (also tried with SAB)

And the issue:
If CouchPotato sends something to NZBGet or SAB, it works perfectly. Downloads with no health issues. Doesn’t matter what it is.

However, if I use Sonarr to select a series to download, EVERY SINGLE FILE fails due to bad health (NZBGet) or missing articles (SAB).

I have more than one indexer, and more than one news provider, so it can’t be that. I’ve tried it with 4 different shows, happens the same. And it’s not like it’s the downloader that’s the problem because it happens on both and both work for CouchP.

I’m at my wits end, so any advice would be appreciated. If you ask me for specific logs, please also tell me where to find them, just in case.

This is really more about usenet (and possibly best to ask on the usenet subreddit). The fact that things from CP work and from Sonarr fail isn’t something due to Sonarr doing things differently, you can grab those releases right from the indexer and they will fail the same way in almost every case except the case of them failing when they are just posted due to propagation delays.

If newly posted content is failing add a minimum age in Sonarr’s settings.

Make sure your two providers are on different backbones as well.
