windows 10: ((Debug logs)): (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) So what the issue is and I have not posted debug logs as it is about 10 lines and shows nothing:
The issue is with Heimdal Security installed which uses a local host address of 127.0.0.2, or 127.0.0.1 when this program is installed Sonarr wont start at all, even if all the heimdal services are stopped, Sonarr still wont start, if uninstalled then Sonarr will start fine this behavior only started with the latest update 2.0.0 4472, previous versions worked fine and installed and updated fine, this one failed to update and after doing a manual update this issue showed up. If you have Heimdal installed and try and install Sonarr with the windows service ticked you get a NZBDrone.host failure and it crashes the install.
Any Ideas would be great, also a link back to a previous version would be great for testing
Sounds like it’s falsely detecting Sonarr as being malicious, I’d expect something in their system to indicate what exactly is being blocked and a way that you can submit them false positives.
You can grab the previous version here. but Sonarr will attempt to upgrade when it runs if it is out of date:
thanks for that, its quite interesting that when trying to start the NZBDRONE service you get a 1503 error and in the event log its pointing towards a ,net framework issue but .net framework is fine.
I have sent the previous versions to Heimdal to test and see what they say
Not the latest version, but previous versions seem to run fine, it only seems to be with the new installer, i downloaded the previous version you gave me and even went another version back again and is seems to be running, if you try the latest version it wont install and crashes as soon as the command prompt screen appears to runs some commands.
