Sonarr 2.0.0.2594 not importing from SABnzbd 0.7.20

I’m running Sonarr 2.0.0.2594 and SABnzbd 0.7.20 on a Synology DS412+ running DSM 5.

My issue is similar to Sonarr not Importing from SABnzbd (0.6.5) however I don’t have anything visible in the queue. I’m not sure I’ve ever noticed it, IIRC it’s always been oddly empty but Sonarr was otherwise behaving without issue until today.

Now there are three episodes that have been successfully grabbed by Sonarr and sent to SABnzbd, downloaded successfully and sent to the regular completed NZB downloads folder. Completed download handling is enabled and no drone factory path is specified, but Sonarr doesn’t seem to even attempt to look for the completed download

Please let me know any additional info you need.

Do you have Sonarr setup to use a specific category in SAB?

If you could pastebin some trace logs it should give us an indication where the issue lies.

I previously had the category set to TV from who-knows-when, but it started giving errors (that category was never actually set up in SAB) so I deleted it. I was under the impression that Sonarr did all the post-processing so SAB wouldn’t need any grouping.

Pastebin

Its not to get SAB to do post-processing, but for organization and so Sonarr doesn’t try to process other, movies, games, books, etc. Currently its , but optional, but we’ll be making it mandatory.

Could you pastebin another log, the current one ends just as the information I needed to see was logged. You can clear your existing ones and grab about 2 minutes worth.

Pastebin

I’ve also reinstated the tv category.

Based on the logs there is nothing for Sonarr to import, it isn’t attempting to import anything as it sees them all as imported already.

Whats something that hasn’t been imported, but you’re expecting it to?

The.Daily.Show.2015.01.08.Allison.Williams.720p.HDTV.x264-CROOKS is one. The actual file is currently in /volume1/Shared Files/NZB Downloads/ with 777 perms, SAB is showing it as complete.

EDIT: This probably shows what’s happening a little better:

The repeat downloads of Portlandia and Daily Show were just me stuffing around, they were sent to SAB but I deleted them before they completed.

Okay, I see that in the response from nzbget so it should be processed and its not in Activity -> Queue in Sonarr?

Could you clear you current logs, restart Sonarr then paste bin the logs after a couple minutes? That should kick the download handling to do something (which is getting fixed in an upcoming release).

This is how my queue looks now. It’s not showing any of the unimported files that’ve completed downloading, but it’s showing this current download.

Pastebin following restart

If you drop The.Daily.Show.2015.01.08.Allison.Williams.720p.HDTV.x264-CROOKS into the Drone Factory folder is it picked up? I"m not seeing any reason why it wouldn’t be processed, but not seeing it get processed either.

I didn’t have a Drone Factory path specified, but I created a subfolder in the SAB directory and used that. After moving the unimported folders to the DF folder they were processed pretty promptly. Given that the most recent episode Sonarr grabbed was processed correctly, I’d guess that jiggering these settings has fixed it for future downloads. Cheers for the fast assistance!
