Sonar on Windows 10 crashes immediately when opened

Hi, I know there has been a number of topics on this but i havent found the solution to my problem so hoping someone can help.

I have installed Sonarr (latest develop version) on Windows 10 x64.

It crashed within 5 seconds of launching each and every time. i get the .net event error, as well as the following sonarr error.

I have been using Sonarr on osx for years and its been great. I havent been able to resolve this issue, and have tried to update .net etc.

any help would be great appreciated.
