Hi,
I’m running Sonarr Ver.2.0.0.2939 on Ubuntu server 14.04 in vbox with media being stored in a shared folder.
Sonarr is able to pass a torrent to deluge but then Sonarr fails to monitor it and import it. It has worked sporadically but usually doesn’t.
Let me know if I can provide any more info and thanks for any help, this is driving me nuts.

What is one of the torrent names that won’t import?
Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia S10E07 HDTV x264-KILLERS[ettv]
Which version of Deluge?
Is Completed Download Handling enabled in Sonarr?
Are you using a label with Deluge for Sonarr?
It looks like Deluge is reporting a download path that Sonarr can’t process.
Hi markus,
-Deluged 1.3.11, -libtorrent 0.16.17.0
-Yes Completed Download Handling is enabled
-I’m using the default “tv-sonarr” label
I do have an update, initially I had deluge configured to download to “/media/sf_storage/Downloads/Incomplete” folder then move completed downloads to “/media/sf_storage/Downloads”. I have now changed that so that downloads are not moved and just download to “/media/sf_storage/Downloads”.
Now files appear to be monitored but not imported
BTW I really appreciate all the work that you put into fantastic software. I am in the process of migrating to a linux server but have been using it for a while on a windows machine and I have to say that it is brilliant, thanks again

What does it show in Activity -> Queue?
Deluge seems to report the path: /media/sf_storage/Downloads
for all downloads (this has come up in another thread as well), I’m not sure if this is a new change or what its doing it, but it means Sonarr can’t import them as its requires a path to a folder (named after the torrent) or directly to the file, but instead Deluge sends back: /media/sf_storage/Downloads
If I go to Activity > Queue they are are showing up (they wern’t when I first posted) and I am able to “force import”.
Update: If I hover over the icon in Queue it says - “Intermediate Download path inside drone factory, Skipping.”
Solved: OK, I had drone factory enabled on the same folder that deluge downloaded to, files imported normally when I disabled drone factory. Is this normal? I was hoping that this could be used to import files downloaded from outside of Sonarr?
Yes that expected, so they don’t collide.
If they’re in the same category/label then Sonarr will handle them, otherwise you need handle them manually.
