Sonar isn't removing originals after it moves files into the Show folder

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4389
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 7

Description of issue:

For whatever reason, Sonar isn’t always removing the original files after it has moved them into the proper folder. I just happened to check my drive for something and found a ton of files in the main folder. I checked the folder for each Show and DO see that it properly copied the file into that folder but it didn’t remove the original.

It doesn’t seem to be doing this for every show. Is there any way to figure out why this is happening?

If the torrent is still seeding Sonarr won’t remove it, this is explained in the ((FAQ)).

My utorrent is setup to stop as soon as it’s downloaded. It’s always been set that way and these files only started building up over the last month or so. Will a log file show if/when it tried to get rid of the file and if it threw a File In User error or something?

((Debug logs)) will show if Sonarr tried to move or copy the file as well as any errors.
