Sonaar does not see files as Downloaded

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4689
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.8.0.108
OS: DSM 6.2.4
Debug logs:
Description of issue:

Sonarr sends to NZBget which downloads the file to this location : /downloads/completed/Series
For some TV shows, everything works perfectly, and the files are copy renamed etc to a different location.
For some TV shows all the episodes stay in this download folder, and sonarr seems to think the episodes are not doanloaded properly (they are marked a 100prct)

Anyone got the same issue ?

Sonarr v2 is EOL upgrade to v3

Your docker paths are poor and will result in double space for all seeds, frequent permission issues, and I/O abusive imports.
