Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
When adding a show, I can’t get sonarr to find this show:

At first I suspected it was the ‘ê’ character throwing it off, but when I try to search it by ID (tvdb: 299827),
it doesn’t find it either, I suspect the search is prefiltered on english language shows, if it is the case, is it possible to workaround that in some cases?
