Some Episodes not visible in Kodi

Description of issue: Starting in the middle of last season some tv shows suddenly would not show up in Kodi under recently added or even if you went to the show and looked at all the episodes. I do have Sonarr set to create metadata for Kodi, and all options are on.

If you go to files in Kodi you can find the file and play it, but not from the TV Shows section.

I was able to fix one of the series by having Ember Media Manager re-scrape the show, but was wondering why Sonarr and Kodi are not seeing eye to eye on some shows?

I would have included logs, but there is nothing in them, there are no errors form either Kodi or Sonarr, even with debugging on.

Anyone have a clue what could cause this and how can it be fixed?

If there is a problem with the metadata files Sonarr is creating (I don’t think there is given other user’s aren’t having issues) we can take a look at them, but this sounds like a problem on Kodi’s side, looking at Kodi’s logs would be the best thing to look at.
