Some downloaded episodes not automatically processed

Hi All,

Some of the completed downloads are not processed automatically.
I had 6 episodes of various shows not automatically processed some other shows did go trough automatically.

When i turn on the Drone Factory for a moment the episodes are processed.

I have currently two episodes in the folder where sabnzbd downloaded them:

  • Heartland CA S08E16
  • The Americans 2013 S03E08

sabnzbd and sooner are on the same machine (docker’s in unraid)
Download handling is active
Drone Factory interval is set to 0

Hope some one can shine a light on this and tell me what is going on.

If Drone Factory points the same path that SAB reports (or adjusted path with Remote Path Mapping) then CDH will not process them, create a separate folder for Drone Factory.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File doesn't exist: /mnt/user/appdata/sabnzbd/ToSonarr/Heartland CA S08E16 720p HDTV x264-KILLERS/

Your logs are full of these messages (for a bunch of different releases), which is the only thing I see wrong with the setup, is Sonarr expecting them on a different path? If so setup a Remote Path Mapping to change the path SAB reports (remote) to one Sonarr can access (local), use the same name you used for Host in SAB download client settings for the host in the remote path mapping.

Thx Markus, i have made the suggested changes to the Drone Factory path.

I will monitor how the downloads will proceed next.

I have checked the path to the downloaded files and there owners and access rights.

You need to setup a remote path mapping as I described above. SAB reports one path, but Sonarr sees it as something different.

I tried the remote path, but could not figure it out.

Next i tried to set the paths in the docker for SABnzbd and Sonarr to same paths on the server, this seem to be working good for me.
