Since I use private tracker, I need to leave downloaded torrents seeding.
I’m on Win7+uTorrent. Sonarr configured: Hardlink ON. Renaming OFF.
When I add a torrent the download place is the tv-sonarr directory, on the same drive and volume as my TV series are located. I also add tv-sonarr label in uTorrent.
Sonarr recognizes the downloaded torrent, I even get a push notification, but to me it looks that the file is copied from tv-sonarr folder to my tv shows folder and not hardlinked. Or how can I check if it is a hardlink? CMD and rund dir, there should be information that it is a junctions, if I’m not mistaken.
Any ideas?
OK, there is something wrong for sure. To me it looks that the file is only copied and not hardlinked, but not sure. Hardlink is enabled.
Any ideas?
Here are the logs: LOGS
What download is being processed in the logs?
Windows again did a trick… I had to use the great tool Link Shell Extension to see if the moved file was really a hardlink or a copy. It turned out it is indeed a hardlink, so everything is working as expected. This is indeed great news:) Stupid windows… Considering to move to Kubuntu now… if I had time.
Thanks for your help Markus.
BTW, the file downloaded (among others) was The.Big.Bang.Theory.S08E16.HDTV.x264-LOL[ettv].mp4 (at the end of the log).
Awesome, for the record this is the line that shows it linked:
15-2-27 19:32:02.0|Debug|EpisodeService|Linking [Season 8\The.Big.Bang.Theory.S08E16.HDTV.x264-LOL[ettv].mp4] > [[839]The Intimacy Acceleration]
Since no error was logged after it did that it was successful.
