[SOLVED] -44 minutes old, skipping release

Checked yesterday some episode downloads, of which I ran into this issue:

Does this occur due to the region time difference of the file released in and the local time of the indexer’s server location? It is not a real issue for me, just curious how this can occur.

The indexers server has the wrong timezone or daylight savings time.
