Sonarr version:2.0.0.4230
OS: WIndows 10
Description of issue: So now that KAT has gone to that great government graveyard in the sky I’m having a lot of issues getting the shows that used to come in over KAT. Sonarr doesn’t seem to have a lot of options for torrents like Sickrage does. I tried retyping different address for sites like limetorrent and such in the KAT sonarr add indexer box, but of course it didn’t work. Can anyone give me a quick tutorial on how to add other torrents to sonarr or even some suggestions on which torrent indexers work well with sonarr? I really don’t want to go back to sickrage.
For non-private sites Rarbg is probably the best at the moment as it has a RSS feed and API to search, other is to set up a RSS feed for extratorrents.
I have the default Rarbg configured in Sonarr but I never see any downloads coming across for it. Is there a way to configure other torrent sites in sonarr? I also saw on another thread where someone mentioned moving Rarbg to the first postion in the indexers and getting good results. How do you do that in sonarr? In sickrage it was a matter of just dragging and dropping to the top of the list or selecting “random” on the indexer to be used setting, but I don’t see anything like that in sonarr.
You don’t, all indexers are equal in Sonarr.
Other indexer sites may be available through Jackett and there is a fork of Jackett that supports public indexers.
I tried but I couldn’t get Jackett to install. I’m not sure if I used the wrong link or what.
Whats API URL are you using for rarbg? Mine is https://torrentapi.org
I’m using that same one. It was what sonarr had set as default.
Rarbg doesn’t seem to be working for PIA:
