Show is not found via tvdbid, but exists on tvdb

I’m trying to add a new show to Sonarr, but it can’t find it with the name or with the tvdbID.

there is an english entry on thetvdb.com: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=297315&lid=7
but skyhook says, the show doesn’t exist: http://skyhook.sonarr.tv/v1/tvdb/shows/en/297315

what can I do to add the show?

I’ve cleared the skyhook cache and verified that TheTVDB API is actually returning that series and skyhook is showing it now.
