Settings not saving - Someone please help

Can someone help me with an issue that I just cannot figure out. My configuration setting are not saving. For example, when I change the settings on my utorrent host or my KODI host, save them and save them it seems ok. But when I come back to them, they are the way i saved them for 1/2 to 1 second, they then switch back to previous settings.
They obviously are not being saved when I click the OK button but I’m at a loss as to why.
Can anyone suggest what could be happening here?

I’m running on Windows 10 with this release 2.0.0.5163.

I finally figured it out. Turns out it was my browser saving data in the web page. I switched from Chrome to Mozilla and it works fine. When I would load a sonarr configuration web page, Sonarr would get the data from the database as it should. The browser cache was would then populate the form as it thinks it should. Of course the cached data was older and out of date data.
