Settings + Indexer Questions

Hi,

  1. How can I save my preferred view and sort? The index page always defaults to “Overview List” sorted by title.

  2. Similarly, how do I set Settings > Advanced Settings to “Shown” permanently?

  3. Sonarr isn’t able to scrape anything from HorribleSubs but it passes testing just fine. Is it currently not supported or are my settings incorrect?

Template: Torrent RSS Feed
RSS: http://horriblesubs.info/rss.php?res=all
Allow Zero Size: True

Thank you.

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5085
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.1
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 8.8

2 - I don’t believe it’s possible. I suspect they have it default back to ‘Hidden’ so folks don’t make mistakes.

3 - What do you mean by scrape? From what you have listed ‘horriblesubs’ is an RSS feed. You mostly likely already know, but incase you don’t. Your system running Sonarr needs to always be up and have Sonarr running to grab the shows you have selected…

  1. I see. Seeing as these kinds of options aren’t persistent, does that mean 1 is intentional as well?

  2. Ah, you’re right–I was testing HorribleSubs based on the results I get from searching, which really wouldn’t work.

My exp with torrent = dont use it. Time waste.

Use usenet to download.

I’ll keep that in mind, but I don’t think anything I asked about will get resolved by doing so.

Both 1 and 2 are persisted to local storage, as long as that is not cleared (either when the browser closes) or via an extension they will stick.

My browser is purged after every use. I suppose I’ll write a user script for my purposes. May I ask whether there are any plans to include a more permanent persistence?

There aren’t any plans to store it elsewhere.

Got it. I’ll handle this myself, then.
