Hi,
Am running Sonarr 2.0.0.5085 on Windows 10 Pro and the series posters are not downloading.
File C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone\MediaCover\21\poster.jpg not found
I went to the path listed above, I see directories, but there is no file or image. I’m getting this for all of my series.

Do the images download if you refresh the series?
If not, we’ll need some debug logs of the series refresh.
No - I’ve tried refreshing several of the series where the posters are not downloading and no change.
What do you want to see from the debug log so I copy/paste the correct info?

Downloading the image was blocked on TheTVDB’s side. If you’re running Sonarr through a VPN or proxy, try connecting directly.
Interesting…I closed the VPN and bingo. Haven’t had this problem prior. Must have been an update in VPN sftw that closed off a port preventing the updating of posters.
Just curious…is there a way I can bypass Sonarr thru the VPN?
It could be the VPN endpoint your traffic is routing out of was blocked by TheTVDB/CloudFlare, another endpoint might work fine though.
No way in Sonarr to bypass the VPN.
