Sorry if this isn’t helpful, but logs showed nothing. I thought I’d at least report the occurrence.
I was looking at the series page for ‘The Last Ship’ in Sonarr, and it showed the black cloud icon (I guess you’d say release sent to client) next to the episode that aired last night. However, the activity tab for the episode didn’t show any activity, much less a release being sent to any client. There wasn’t anything added to uTorrent or NZBGet. I don’t have Sonarr/NZBGet set to remove failed downloads from history. I didn’t see anything in either Sonarr or NZBGet logs about this episode. I only had Sonarr logs set to Info. Performing a manual search after seeing this showed lots of nonredflagged releases, None of them were red-flagged indicating that ‘Quality for release in queue already meets cutoff.’ Nothing was blacklisted. Selecting a release through the manual search, it successfully sent/downloaded an NZB, imported, and updated activity in Sonarr.
I know there was an issue with ‘The Last Ship’ not updating from TVDB last night that had to be fixed. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the issue.
I updated my logging to debug, just in case it happens again.
