Series missing from "Next airing/Calendar"

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10

(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:

Some series I have added to Sonarr do not show up in “Next airing” or “Calendar”. I know for a fact new episodes exist in the trackers I have added.

Any idea why not all series show up?

Either the series or episode is not monitored.

The series are monitored and I know the episodes exist.

The episodes need to be listed in Sonarr (on the details page for the series) and also need to be monitored.

Ok. Why can I add series but new episodes do not show up in the detail menu or in the Wanted section? Are series and episodes manually inserted by Sonarr staff?

Is it failing to load that information? (check the logs)

Series and episode information comes from TheTVDB, nothing is manually handled.
