Series downloading, but not filing in the series folder

Version 2.0.0.4689
Win 10 Pro

My shows have been downloading to z:\Shared Videos\Videos\TV This was my Windows mapped drive to my QNap.

Then I started using NzbDrone.Console.exe to run as a service.

This forced me to switch my path to \QNAP\Multimedia\Shared Videos\Videos\TV\

I used Sonarr to switch my path to \QNAP\Multimedia\Shared Videos\Videos\TV\ for all shows.

Into the Badlands HD - 720p/1080p true \QNAP\Multimedia\Shared Videos\Videos\TV\Into the Badlands

Since doing this, the shows download to the \QNAP\Multimedia\Shared Videos\Videos\TV\ folder and uncompress fine but are never moved to their series folders.

Sonarr shows the series as downloaded but not finished.

The debug file shows that the path is not accessible buy Sonarr and has the old path. How do I correct that?

Here is part of the debug file.

Thanks for any help.

That is the path your download client reports as the completed path, so you’ll need to change it there (but it won’t affect already completed downloads). It’s also recommended to separated unsorted downloads from sorted downloads, keeps things from being cluttered and that way you know all files/folders in your sorted folder are sorted properly.

You can use Manual Import to import the downloads that have completed, but haven’t imported yet and then remove them from the download client history so Sonarr stops processing them.

Do you mean instead of running as a Service?
Did you stop and disable (or uninstall) the service?
As explained in the ((FAQ)) if you want to use a mapped network drive (Z:\) you don’t want to be running Sonarr as service.
