Is anyone else having the issue that episode list for many series are not updating on a regular basis?
For example, my Sonarr database is currently only showing episodes 1 through 6 of The Good Fight, while thetvdb.com is showing episodes through to 9 (of which 7 and 8 have already aired). This of course effects the auto downloading of the episode (and there seem to be many series where this is happening)
If you manually refresh the series does it update?
The manual refresh did seem to fix it. Could there be a reason why Sonarr isn’t doing the refreshing itself more often - I tried to find something in settings but no luck.

Sonarr automatically refreshes series every 12 hours, if it’s failing the log files would be the best place to look, ((debug logs)) will provide the insight needed if it’s failing a specific series for some reason. You can start the refresh from the series page.

I’ve gone through the logs but I must admit I’m not sure what I should be looking for.
One thing I have noticed though is that when I go into any series, the refresh icon is spinning (as if it’s currently doing a refresh). I can still click it to force the refresh for that particular series (which as mentioned will then grab the latest series listing).
It sounds like this person is having the same issue (coincidentally TCC was one of the shows that didn’t update for me until I did the manual refresh): Top Chef Canada Season 5 refuse to show

I discovered that in my case it was getting stuck on Doctor Who (2005). I deleted the series and now everything seems to be refreshing. I will try adding it again to see if it will go through cleanly automatically now. Fingers crossed.
The disabling of sorting did it for me. A sonarr update rolled in shortly afterwards and it’s working like a charm now.
