Searching for new shows is broken

Hi there,

Two installs running on Raspberry Pi 3 and Windows 10. Totally separated computers and totally separated networks (both controlled remotely).

I have read that sometimes you have problems with Trakt’s API’s that integrate to TheTVDB and so on… Is this the case now as well?

I haven’t been able to add a show (The Curse of Oak Island) all morning due to an error that appears almost immediately after you finish typing. Unfortunately I can’t fetch logs on either machine since the log file doesn’t show up when clicking on logs. The show is available over at TheTVDB and has English/English by default.

Is there a way to fix this?

Same problem here. Having looked at Sonarrtv’s Twitter, it looks like they’re aware of the issue.

Ah, awesome! Well, not awesome but… Feels good knowing it isn’t on my end.

That means it’s just a matter of time.

Hopefully! When I first logged on this morning the forums weren’t working either but they are now, so I guess they’re going the right way!

I don’t feel hopeful when a host/server-provider takes more than four hours to get everything up and running… Are we sure the search functionality is down due to the server? Does it somehow route our searches through sonar-servers?

Edit:
After reading up some on the Sonarr architecture it seems “Skyhook” (skyhook.sonarr.com) is the interface which sends our searches through trakt to tvdb. With Skyhook down, our searches will not go through. :frowning:

Things are back online. Network connectivity was lost to our server’s datacenter, which in turn caused some issues that didn’t automatically resolve.

Thank you for the update. Damn those hosts. :frowning:
