Search all Cutoff Unmet feature?

I would like to see an option to search all Cutoff Unmet. Please tell me what you think?

This may be a dumb question, but what is “cutoff unmet”?

@jamauai the quality on disk doesn’t met the cutoff of the quality profile. If that episode was posted in a better quality than you currently have it would be upgraded. More info: https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/Quality-Profiles
