Script Lifecycle - Before Import

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.8.1
OS: FreeNAS Jail
Description of issue:
I was wondering if there is a way to run a script after a file has been downloaded, but before Sonarr copies/moves the file for importing. I need to delete the old file if it exists from a different folder before the file is moved after download.

Sonarr will do that automatically if it’s the folder in the series folder.

No current way to do this, but there is a feature request for it:

Ability to execute a script before import (Pre-import script)
