I seem to have an issue with Scandal 2012.
ImportApprovedEpisodes Couldn’t import episode C:\PostProcessing\TV\Scandal (2012) - S01E07 - Grant- For the People.mkv: constraint failed
column Path is not unique
NZBDRONE picked up all the files and renamed them properly but it still shows all of season 1 as missing, and random episodes of season 2 are missing also. I can rescan the directory and they still dont pick up. Im on version 227.
How are you rescanning the directory?
NzbDrone is throwing that error because it already has an episode file with the destination name in the DB, but it has failed to link it to the episode. Running “Update series info and scan disk” (one of the controls at the top of series details) should remove that episode file from the DB and re-import it, unless thats how you’re trying to do it now.
Please enable Trace Logging, delete your existing log files (System -> Logs -> Files) and send me the entire import failing if the above doesn’t resolve it.
@bakes82 got the logs, thanks. Can you also PM me a copy of your nzbdrone.db? Its in C:\ProgramData\zbDrone
This is what I know so far:
- The episode was imported, but for some reason the path it sees in the DB is not the exact same as the one it finds on disk
- The file names and file sizes are identical, so when it tries to re-import them it skips them because they’re the same
Not sure how it could have gotten mixed up like this, but seeing the DB should help.
@bakes82 found the issue.
Revolution is pointed at the same folder that Scandal is (the Scandal folder). You will need to fix the path for Revolution and do a refresh, then refresh under scandal.
We will be adding an a couple of checks to prevent this from happening in the future.
