Sabnzbd not transferring per sonarr direction

I have Sonarr and Radarr that are on my synology nas 920+ with sabnzbd. I am having trouble with some of the material transferring to my media folder after it is downloaded. Can someone look and see if they need to be tweaked? The link is below.
