Sab DLs, stuck in Q, Sonarr isnt processing

**Sonarr version 2.0.0.5252
**Mono version 4.6.2:
OS: Ubuntu Server
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
Sab is showing a couple pages of green complete DL’s, stuck there.
Sonarr shows purple complete status
Started this behavior 9 days ago
Ran for a year fine prior
2.5 TB space on the NAS avail

In the Log:
‘/mnt/media/tv.orig/’ was not found.
Not sure how to get that location removed from being watched, I imported my original files from that folder, it is removed now.

pastebin of a good bit of the logfile: https://pastebin.com/NnYPQ8ni

Appreciate any help.

SAB?

As far as the path goes, I had that happen as well when I changed network on my server making my network shares point to another IP address. When you go to “Series” then “Import existing series” (you’re not gonna but that’s where the setting is, slightly illogical). In the dialog that then pops up you’ll get a browse path and at the bottom the “Recent Folders” path.

Second is to go through each series and ensure that none of the existing ones point to this old folder, easiest verified using the Series Editor.

Series handling is a bit quirky and settings are a bit all over the place but if you look around you’ll find the settings eventually.

I found where the bad folder was, and deleted that reference, it was indeed in newer series I had added.
No more failed log entries, MUCH cleaner. When I add a new series it defaults to this incorrect location…

Where do I set the default directory? So hard to find that setting.
I still have dozens of files that are sitting in SABnzbd waiting to be processed, cant figure out how to trigger that.
Does Sonarr look in the data folder in the SAB structure for them, or is SABnzb supposed to tell Sonarr there are files to processes?

I cant seem to change the logging level: I change to debug, click save, but when I come back it says info is set.

Still getting “Missing root folder: /mnt/media/tv.orig” error. But SABnzbd downloads to “/mnt/media/sabnzb/data/”

Thanks again for your response.

When you select “add a new path” when adding new series, a new window opens. There you can add as well as delete root folders. Typical setups only require a single root folder, e.g. /mnt/media/tv. Sonarr will create series and season folders underneath that location.
If you’re adding /mnt/media/tv/(name of series)/ whenever adding series, you’re doing it Wrong™.

Sonarr will ask Sab every minute if there’s anything to process via the api. I think for performance reasons, only the first 30 items are processed. Also, only the items in sab with the correct category will be processed. Check in sonarr: settings > download client > sab > category. Only items in sab with this category will be processed.

The missing root folder thingy can be fixed by checking the paths of your series (sonarr > series > mass editor) and update them if required.

That is correct. For the love of your favourite deity, do NOT tell sab to put files into your sorted series directory.
Let sab download to the /mnt/media/sabnzb/data directory, and let sonarr pick up files from sab and move/rename them to another location, for example /mnt/media/tv.

Using your mass edit I found one more set to the .orig folder. Fixed that one, still getting that same error. Cant find anything else defining it.

Is there a way to force Sonarr to grabb all that in the SAB data directory? They are all set to “tv”, and I dont understand why SAB isnt processing them, shouldnt it finish processessing and place them in that data dir? I verified that they ARE in the data dir. Maybe it is waiting for Sonarr to take the hand off?

Still cant set to debug

So I cleared the SAB queue, and killed Sonarr from the command line and restarted. Seems it is working now, but SAB is just queing without downloading.

Jumping on their support now, one link at a time.

Thanks for the help.
