Root Folder becomes inaccessible over time

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4326
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): N/A
OS: WIN 10

Description of issue:

When I first boot Sonarr the root folder can’t be found. If I stop the process and manually restart the application it finds the root folder. After ~24hours it can’t find the root folder again.

Also I can’t seem to use a mounted network drive so I have to list the network path.

Both issues should be resolved by changing how Sonarr is running (stop and remove the service).
