Hello,

I am on a series have a profile with different restrictions depending on quality

example:
profile series

• SDTV: restriction (vostfr)
• Hd 720p: restriction (must contain: VF, french / must not contain: subfrench)
  is that possible?

Not via profiles, but you can use different tags to assign different restrictions per series. You limit a restriction to a specific quality only though.

It would be possible with the restriction settings,
but you also can test it if it works by doing a manual search and look at the results.

i also have something like that setup because sonarr treats WEB-DL and WEBRip as one as the same but they are complete different.
also have some setup to ignore some groups that release low quality.

also you can use tags so you can use that filter only for certain series.

Here you see filters that are used for all series.

here you see filters (the blue ones) that you can use for certain series with the settings you prefer.
