Sonarr version (exact version): Radarr.develop.0.2.0.846
OS: Windows Server 2016

Description of issue:
1.) I had to reinstall Sonarr on a new machine, luckily I had a backup of 1 week ago; However, now there are episodes that Sonarr doesn’t show I have.
2.) When I download a new episode of a show, it isn’t getting put into the right folder for the show. it dumps it into the root directory.
1 - I made sure the Complete Download Mangement option was set.
I tried scanning the series, and doing an update library.
2 - I made sure all the series were monitored, use season folders, and resfresh.
Anyone have ideas? Thank you,
