Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.3
OS: Ubuntu 16
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue: My media was lost and I’m trying to get sonarr to start downloading missing episodes but when I’m in Sonarr it still thinks the files are on my drive. I’ve tried updating the series / scan but its not flagging the episodes as missing. Is there something else I should be trying?
The series folder needs to exist for it to scan it, if it doesn’t exist Sonarr skips it as it could be unavailable for several reasons. You can recreate the series folders automatically by telling Sonarr to create empty series folders and updating the library again to force it to create the folders and rescan them.
I’ve recreated the folder by downloading 1 episode so that it knows the folder exists, but I’m still not getting the files to show as missing
Did you have Ignore Deleted Episodes
enabled?
If so, they were automatically ignored when they were detected as missing and will need to be marked as monitored again.
If not double check that they are monitored (the series and the episodes) and ((debug logs)) of a refresh.
Thanks I’ll give that a try!
Thanks I’ve got it working now. I had the Ignore deleted episodes enabled. I disabled that and rescanned and it’s now properly removing the files I don’t have. Thanks!!
