Request Failed. POST /api/series: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.

Description: Basically, Sonarr is working for some tv series but others I can’t access them at all, it simple won’t add to the system, or on the off chance it does add the tv series it says series refresh failed and nothing will come up for the show at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am somewhat technologically challenged.

The connection to our server (through CloudFlare) is being closed, for some reason, which could be something on the CloudFlare side or on your side (the computer running Sonarr, the network, your internet connection or the connection from your ISP to CloudFlare).

If you enable ((debug logging)) you can see the URL Sonarr is connecting to and try opening that URL in your browser to see if it also has issues loading. It’d also be worth disabling any software firewalls temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
