Repack should not be equated to Proper

A proper is downloaded to replace ANY group’s release in the same quality. That is fine.

But Repacks should only be downloaded if the current release is by the same group.

For example,

Game.of.Thrones.S07E07.The.Dragon.and.the.Wolf.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-GoT has been downloaded

and now Sonarr wants to download:

Game.of.Thrones.S07E07.REPACK.1080p.WEB.H264-STRiFE.

That should not happen. It should only happen if Sonarr had previously downloaded:

Game.of.Thrones.S07E07.1080p.WEB.H264-STRiFE

That’s the one that was nuked. Not the AMAZON one.

Yeah, we have an open issue for that, but it does require some changes in several places.
