How does Sonaar select which item it is going to download or does it just pick the first one in line? If this is the case can I manually reorder the list? If so, how do I do that?

Hover over the column headers to see which ones you can sort on, you can’t arbitrarily re-order them though.

Yes (Activity: Queue).
Warning, there’s a misunderstanding here.
The actitivity queue is merely a ‘view’ of the download clients queue. Sonarr doesn’t ‘decide’ what to download next, that’s something the download client does. Check Sabnzbd/Nzbget/etc queue and reorder there as desired.
