When I rename episodes often but not always the metadata downloaded from sonarr with WDTV does not get renamed with the episode and stays with the previous name unless I refresh the serie and click on rename the episode a second time
What happens if you refresh the series before you do the initial rename? Sonarr only refreshes the series every 12 hours. so, if something else, like PLEX, puts the metadata file there after the last refresh, Sonarr won’t know it is there yet.
EDIT: I missed the part about it being Sonarr’s metadata.
Are you talking about the WDTV metadata files Sonarr can create?
If Sonarr has an Episode Title when it renames the episode it’ll have one for the metadata files as well, if it doesn’t then obviously it won’t.
I’m not really understanding what the issue is though, can you elaborate?
We’d also need debug logs to identify any issues.
