Renaming episodes without season number

Hi guys,

I want to have my episodes renamed to the following format: E00 - Episode Title.
The closest I could get is S00E00 - Episode Title.
For recognizing purposes the season is the folder the episode is in.

If I’m not mistaken, this might be a feature request, but as I’m new with Sonarr I didn’t want to open one without asking for help first.

Sonarr does not support renaming episodes to a format that it is unable to parse back into a valid file.

We’d first need to support that: https://trello.com/c/m3m17PNd/773-use-folder-to-determine-season then this feature would happen automatically.

What are the chances this item will be implemented?

Its on the board, so the chance is high, but when is likely not for a while since its low priority and we currently have hundreds of cards on the board.
